Cabal Online: Snake Application has stopped working?

Hey, so I found the one and only solution to this, except, it's not solving my problem. (http://forum.cabalonline.com/archive/index.php?t-18965.html) When I go to add the cabalmain.exe, it isn't there. I have reinstalled it already. What do I do?
