How long would it take meat to rot?

i had some electrical problems at home, so my fridge didn't work for about two weeks. so i had to take the meet out of the freezer and put it in a Thermo box (not sure about the translation) with ice, so the temperature of the meet didn't go much higher than 1 celsius. so my question is, would the meet be edible? there was different kinds of meet, beef, pork, chicken and fish
