What do i do?MY dad always hits me non stop hes been hittin me for as long i can remember .?

He hit me since i was five!And lasways makes me cry plus the fact he hits me on my head i feel protecive around him i cant be myself around him he makes me cry when he hits me and it really hurts IM to scrared to do anything and i have no one to help me no one not even a friend to help im sixth grade goin to seventh grade and he still hits me HARD PLZ SOMEONE HELP IF HE SEE ME CRYIN HE YELLS AND SCREAMS AT ME EVEN MORE! T-T
