How do I fix an uneven part of a skin on a face?

About 5 months before, I had a little scratch beside on my right eye after falling from a bicycle. Later, it turns into a blackish colour and I started to hate it whenever I look at it. One day, I realize that it can plucked off and then I plucked it. For some reason, after I plucked it off, it turns that the part of the skin became reddish in colour. I began to worried and wait for bout 1 month for the skin to adept to normal colour. After one month waiting, I realize that the part of the skin has became uneven comparing to my skin face. It didnt look too bad, but sometimes it really bugs me. So, any recomendations how do I fix it?? Thnx!! *sorry for the bad english. Im a foreiger.
