My daughter is sick and i don't know whats wrong?

she is 2years old last night befor bed she was normal and very playful and well hyper she did eat alot of cake yesterday. it was my birthday but other then that she ate normal this morning she woke up fevered and puked a little and now she wont eat her breakfast or drink her milk or juice i have offered her many things and she says uh uh ..for no...what do i do ive tried calling the doctor but i cant reach anyone and my husband is out getting fever reducer
