avoid the fries and croissant. add veggies.; three or four servings a day.they,re filling, and contain little or no fat. drink at least 64 oz. of water per day. no soda. have one/two fruit a day. one yogurt. one egg. a multi with iron. one quality bagel with a little cream cheese. cereal is good, but not fruit loops. wheat chex. cheerios. raisin bran. oatmeal. chew everything well. it digests better, and allows you to fill up by lengthening meal times.
