A really ugly guy likes me who I do not like back what do I do?

Well I am in 9th grade and this guy is in 10th. I was going to my friends party and I did not realize how showy my dress was and alot of guy were kind of hovering around me. I started talking to one guy who seemed normal but was extremely ugly but I dont judge. Anyway, now its about a month later and he lives far away so I don't really see him too often and he always texts me but I really just do not want to date him and last week he almost told me he likes me but stopped himself. He invited me to his party but I really have only met him once in my life so I don't really want to go but I don't knw how to say no. I just really don't want to lead him on but I like another guy and I just do not what to date him. Any advice?
