Vacationing in LA. How would u rate this hotel? How close to Dodger Stadium?

The area around Dodger Stadium isn't nearly as unsafe as others imply (it's a middle cl Hispanic neighborhood--which is what an awful lot of L.A. is). They are right, though, that there aren't any GOOD hotels nearby. The closest high quality hotels would be in downtown L.A., which is pleasant and active by day but can seem rather creepy after dark. If you're looking for something cheaper, there are a lot of chain motels (Comfort Inn, Travelodge, etc.) west of Dodger Stadium on Sunset Boulevard and on into Hollywood. From downtown it's 10 - 15 minutes by car, taxi, or bus to Dodger Stadium. Figure 20 minutes from Hollywood and at least half an hour from Burbank.
