Why does my son make these noises?

My son will be 3 months old on the 24th of this month. Ever since birth, he has been making these wheezing noises like he's trying to catch his breath. He does this mostly during feedings, occasionally at random. I had him by c-section. He was 3 weeks early, and swallowed some amniotic fluid on his way out. He was also low risk jaundice, and had slightly under developed lungs despite being born at 37 weeks. also, sometimes he wines when he sleeps, then stops. And other times, he wakes up, lets out 1 blood curdling scream, then falls back asleep. I have NO idea why he does any of this. Any ideas? Thank you.
