Does anyone know the name of the actress who played the werewolf in an "Angel" episode?

That episode in particular was about a woman who was bitten by a werewolf and she ran away from home but she was caught by some cult. Apparently for them, werewolf meat is a delicacy but Angel (the spin off character from Buffy the vampire slayer) managed to help her. I just want to know the name of that actress if possible. Also, is there a way to look that episode up in youtube? Cuz I don't remember the name of it.
