Eversince, terrorism raised measures for combating terrorism raised with a failure result . Why? Pl. explain .?

In my openion, terrorism is the explosion of prolonged suppression of anguish caused by social injustice. But most important thing is that, it causes by corruption and effects due to corruption. So, in clear word, corruption definately plays a vital role in spreading terrorism. Without looking to this base cause of corruption, we went on spending huge funds in combating such terrorism. Further, despite Government's fully aware that we have a very weak intelligency, and whose major duty to detect pre terror activities and inform government well in advance, but to utter surprise, in most of the terror attacks general public knows earlier then the agency recruited by spending public exchequer.And our government hardly bothers about it spends much funds in post terror counter attack agency. If, last Mumbai Terror Attack is carefully examined. then, we definately get these two vital points ie. weak intelligence and corrupt hotel staff,managed this occurances successful and took so many valuable lives and officers of our country. Lot of debates and discussion has been made in this regard basically ignoring these two points, as if, it appeared that entire media and system was pressurised to ignore these vital points and it further raised the belief in the minds of intellectuals that the entire operation and media campaigning to combate terrorism only encouraged the Government to again raise a failure attempt ie. operation green-haunt and few NSGs. And the out turn of this total effort of media and government was not a reduction of terrorism but a raise of terrorism lkie more severe than Mumbai Terror Attack ie. Dantewada Terror Attack and Government still came out with a brave face that it is still trying to combate and further it followed with verious severe attacks.. Can we ever really want to combat terrorism with enforcing strong pre and post terror counter attack laws with pure attitude or we will go on spending huge funds from publich exchequer and raise number of terror attacks by killing innocent s
