How do i get someone attention?

So theres this boy in my art cl, hes super cute. im a sophmore and hes a junior or a senor. i had a dream about him on sunday night and then on monday we kept looking at eachother and then added eachother on facebook & today i caught him looking at me a few times. how do i get him to like talk to me? should i message him on facebooook? what do i say? HELP
