Why is my dog vomiting her kibble?

Every time I feed my dog kibble she vomits it shortly after, however if I feed her canned food she doesn't vomit! I've already tried feeding her Royal Canin for sensitive stomachs with the same result. She also rubs her back on the floor, licks her paws. I'm getting desperate!
